  • Vinyasa Alignment Yoga: dynamic flow based on proper alignment according to Iyengar Yoga
  • Ashtanga Yoga: a disciplined type of yoga based on the primary series.
  • Vinyasa Ashtanga Flow: Vinyasa Yoga inspired by the Ashtanga primary series. Recommended for all levels
  • Power/Core Yoga: advanced cardio yoga based on Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. Not recommended for beginners.
  • Hatha Flow: for all levels
  • Kids Aerial Yoga ages 5-10 years
  • Aerial Yoga: anti-gravity workout using yoga hammocks
